180 degree rule: Two characters in a scene should share a left/right relationship to make it very easy for the audience to follow the conversation that is taking place.

Match on action: Is a very common technique used by film makers which involves editing shots at a certain point and inserting a shot straight after which is the same action. This makes the transition from each shot seem fluid.
When we began our filming we decided to make sure our shots would be accurate. When filming the conversation between the two characters, it was crucial that we stuck to the 180 degree rule so it made our filming seem seamless and like it flowed.
Then we began to edit our footage that we had filmed we discovered a few problems. The angles that we had used to film Katie walking out the door did not fit properly, so the two shots of Katie had to split into two different shots to seperate them, and add a clip of me in the middle to make it flow better. Also in our media class we only had 2 import leads so my group had to wait for a really long time to wait for another group to finish with the lead which wasted our editing time that we had.
WWW- we had fun filming the task and we did not break any of the continuity rules so the footage looked really good.
EBI- We had more time to edit it as we had to rush to get it finished. Also would be better if we had enough equipment for all the different groups to use.
